Individual Therpay

Individual therapy happens weekly or bi-weekly, and is specific to your needs. The most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It is essential that you feel safe and comfortable with your therapist. During our first few sessions, we spend time building rapport, setting goals to orient the course of our work together, and easing into the journey. Depending on your needs, your therapist will recommend certain modalities of treatment and you can get started from there.
Coming to therapy for the first time can be scary. Even if you are accustomed to therapy, meeting your new therapist can make us feel anxious. Couples & Families

Deciding to meet with a therapist with your partner is often a difficult step in relationships. At Simply Being, we know that the couples we work with value their relationships greatly, and we want to be sure to create a space that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment to each of you. We follow the Gottman method of couples therapy, one of the most researched and effective models.
Your therapist will set up an individual, 50-minute session with each of you before meeting with you as a couple; couples’ sessions are 90 minutes and therapy can take place weekly or bi-weekly.
We also see Families in need of healing old patterns and dynamics.

Corporate Offerings

At Simply Being we are trained therapists and facilitators. We have experience working with groups around psycho-education, mental health content, and team circles. Depending on the needs of each team, we will use somatic and holistic practices to help further team building, conflict resolution, company self-care, and strategic planning.
We also are available to offer group sound baths to teams at our location or at your corporate office, as well as tailored retreat experiences.
