About
OUR THERAPISTS
Our Philosophy
The foundation of our practice is layered. In order to effectively work together, we believe that it is important to understand your past, as it informs your present. We believe that much of our resilience stems from our interactions with attachment figures—It is necessary to consider the context of your life in order to guide you toward finding peace and ease in the moment. Basically, your past matters, but it does not have to define you.
Our attachment to others goes hand-in-hand with how we view and interact with the whole of ourselves. At Simply Being we can help you to recognize and accept your psychological and neurophysiological responses to disappointments and all forms of trauma. All of this will allow you to build capacity to hold and resolve your pain. In this practice, all practitioners incorporate knowledge of the brain and body, using both “talk” therapy and somatic approaches.
Simply Being was established to be a safe and therapeutic space and community for survivors of trauma and those experiencing attachment wounding, mood issues, and chronic stress. We offer a boutique level of care for each client, through individual and group services as well as a variety of events to enhance community.

Clinical Student Intern
500-hour certified yoga instructor
My astrology signs are Sun in Aries, Cancer rising, and moon in Libra.
I am a student intern in the Clinical Mental Health program at Trevecca Nazarene University. Additionally, I am a 500-hour yoga teacher with trauma informed training and a certified energy worker. I bring a creative blend an energetic, somatic, and therapeutic approach to my work with clients.
I work with individuals on a mind-body-spirit connection. I believe we are all whole, even in our pain and suffering. My intention is to help my clients rediscover their wholeness, vibrance and fullness in life. I work with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or are in life transitions.
I find joy and depth in my life by continuing my personal self-study and remaining curious about life. I love to travel and experience new cultures whenever I am able. Creativity lights up my life and I love trying different creative endeavors, whether that’s drawing, pottery, painting, you name it! My safe space is cuddled up cozy with my dog with some tea and a show.
