I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, accepted, and understood. Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space where you feel supported, better understand yourself, and begin moving toward the life you want.

I feel especially drawn to working with individuals navigating attachment wounds, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those impacted by sexual trauma or domestic violence. I also enjoy helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others through greater self-awareness, stronger boundaries, and deeper self-compassion.

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore difficult experiences, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe each of us possesses inherent strengths and resilience, even when life experiences make those qualities difficult to see. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is helping clients recognize the strengths they already have and begin trusting themselves again.

Because every person’s story is different, I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other trauma-informed approaches to support the work we do together. I also enjoy incorporating expressive therapies, such as art, movement, or writing, when they feel meaningful. I believe time in nature can also be a powerful part of the healing process and welcome opportunities to take sessions outdoors when appropriate.

I was drawn to social work because of its belief that our well-being is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, communities, and the systems around us. This perspective continues to guide my work today. I hope clients leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in who they are, and better able to navigate life’s challenges with self-awareness and compassion.

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time in nature, painting, playing board games, meditating, reading in coffee shops, caring for my ever-growing collection of plants, or spending time with friends. I love exploring new creative hobbies and almost always have an art or craft project in progress (which means my craft cabinet is usually overflowing). One day, I’d love to have a large garden and learn how to make stained glass.
