I believe many high-achieving people spend years learning how to perform, succeed, and care for others while quietly losing connection with themselves. Often beneath anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship struggles, or chronic stress is a nervous system that has been carrying too much for too long.
My approach to therapy is relational, insight-oriented, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I work from an attachment and somatic lens, helping clients better understand not only their thoughts and patterns, but also the deeper emotional and physiological experiences underneath them. I believe healing happens through increased awareness, safety, curiosity, and connection; not shame.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working alongside Fortune 50 executives, founders, and leadership teams in high-pressure environments. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of ambition and the hidden emotional cost of constantly holding it all together. Today, I especially enjoy working with professionals, entrepreneurs, high performers, and individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, relationship dynamics, and questions around meaning, identity, and self-worth.
My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I aim to create a space where clients feel deeply seen while also gently challenged toward growth and greater self-understanding. I integrate traditional psychotherapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and experiential approaches tailored to each individual.
I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Kentucky. In addition to my clinical training, I hold a Master’s degree in International Economic from Georgetown University and have extensive experience in leadership consulting, organizational transformation, and executive coaching. Outside of work, I’m drawn to movement, wellness, nature, design, and the ongoing practice of building a more grounded and intentional life.
