I am a Master’s Level Social Worker (MSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I also enjoy helping clients explore what healthy relationships can look and feel like for them, whether that means healing from past wounds, setting boundaries, deepening self-trust, or cultivating more meaningful connection with themselves and others. I feel especially drawn to working with individuals navigating attachment wounds, LGBTQ+ folks, and people impacted by sexual trauma or domestic violence.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and supportive of your unique healing process. My hope is for you to feel seen, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want for yourself. Together, we can explore both immediate coping strategies and deeper experiences while moving at a pace that feels safe and honoring to you.
In the therapy space, I use modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I consider the whole self—mind and body when considering treatment for clients. If applicable, I enjoy incorporating expressive therapies like art, movement, or writing. I believe in the healing qualities of nature and am always open to taking a session outside to connect with the grounding qualities of the natural world.
I was drawn to social work because of its systems perspective and its recognition that our well-being is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, communities, and the world around us. For these reasons, I value approaching therapy through a holistic lens. I aim to bring mindfulness, authenticity, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard into the therapy space so clients feel supported as they move toward greater self-understanding, connection, and healing.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time in nature, painting, playing board games, meditating, reading in coffee shops, caring for my plants, and spending time with friends. I love exploring creative hobbies of all kinds and am usually in the middle of a new art or craft project, which means my craft cabinet is almost always overflowing. One day, I would love to have a large garden and learn how to make stained glass.
