You bring your self-knowledge and life experiences; I’ll bring my clinical knowledge and unconditional acceptance. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with your true self and let go of shame as you navigate life’s changes and challenges.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, parenting struggles, or those who need help sorting through family-of-origin challenges. I’m here to work beside you through life’s transitions and walk with you down the path of self-discovery, so you can come to know yourself in a deeper way. I believe our bodies hold a wisdom that often goes unseen and unheard — and I’m here to help you listen to it.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and deeply individualized. I believe therapy should be both a place to feel understood and a space for meaningful change. Using a somatic and trauma-informed lens, we’ll look beyond surface-level symptoms to settle your nervous system and work to understand the patterns, relationships, and beliefs shaping your life. You will never need to perform or have all the answers with me.

I’m an empathetic listener and a safe space, here with you on the journey back to yourself. Together we’ll work toward peace and clarity as you reconnect with who you are.

I’ve called Nashville home for over ten years, and I’ve watched both the city and my family change in many ways. Outside of session, you’ll find me reading, traveling, attempting to teach my cat tricks, and doing just about anything outdoors.
