We are a somatic psychotherapy practice, and we value thoughtful, engaged clinicians who are interested in developing their clinical voice. Experience with somatic work is a plus, but not required.

We’re a close, collaborative group, and we’re looking for someone who:

– Is working toward licensure or is fully licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or similar)

– Is motivated to build and maintain a caseload over time

– Feels comfortable taking initiative with networking and referral-building

– Is open to contributing to the growth of their caseload, alongside support from the practice

– Values connection and being part of a team

Is engaged, thoughtful, and open to learning

For pre-licensed clinicians, this role offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment with guidance over time.

For licensed clinicians, this role offers the opportunity to build a strong caseload with autonomy while remaining part of a connected and collaborative practice.

This position can begin part-time with the opportunity to grow.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, role, and contribution to the practice.
