As a Licensed Professional Counselor (TLPC-MHSP) and Nashville native, I am ready to meet my clients where they are at in life. I recognize the importance of the mind-body connection and integrate both somatic and cognitive techniques in my sessions. My client-centered approach draws from trauma-informed CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based practices. I strive to view each person holistically and with humility, believing that individuals can grow through collaborative, open, and accepting conversations. My passion lies in helping individuals redefine themselves and create the changes they want to see in their lives.
Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a stronger sense of control over their thoughts and emotions, looking to get to the root of why relationships sometimes feel so hard, or simply struggling to tolerate recent life changes. I believe at its core, therapy offers healing through relationship and can provide the space to explore how our past experiences might still be influencing us today.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, ADHD, attachment wounds, and the “quarter-life crisis”. I also have experience supporting individuals coping with chronic pain or illness, drawing from my background in a medical setting assisting those recovering from traumatic injuries.
I understand that therapy is never a one-size-fits-all experience, and I am continually expanding my knowledge and skills to best meet each client’s unique needs. In my time outside of the office, you might find me baking sweet treats, hiking, travelling to new places, or exploring local gems around Nashville.
