I help people reconnect with themselves—emotionally and physically—so they can begin to heal from the effects of trauma, stress, overwhelm, depression, and burnout. I believe that every person carries an innate wisdom that guides meaningful healing and lasting change.

My approach centers on supporting individuals, couples, and families who feel disconnected due to life’s demands, trauma, transitions, or challenges that may not yet be fully understood. As clients rediscover their natural rhythm, they open themselves to greater ease, renewed vitality, and expanded potential. Through this process, they cultivate a deeper sense of calm, balance, and inner strength—laying the foundation for sustainable healing and growth.

Grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, my therapeutic work is dedicated to helping people navigate both everyday and extraordinary challenges while fostering holistic wellness, self-understanding, and personal transformation. I focus on helping clients shift patterns that keep them feeling stuck and restore a sense of connection—with themselves and with others.

My practice emphasizes self-compassion and draws from a range of approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ADHD-focused therapy and training, as well as deep relaxation and focus techniques such as Hypnotherapy and Somatic work. These methods support greater awareness, resilience, and emotional balance.

I am especially passionate about helping couples and families build awareness, improve communication, and deepen understanding. Together, we work to rebuild safety and trust so relationships can feel more secure, resilient, and emotionally connected. This same approach also supports teams and family businesses in fostering healthy communication, harmony, and performance.

Before becoming a therapist, I earned an MBA and served as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for both startups and established organizations. After earning my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University, I integrated my professional background with a trauma-informed, somatic, and human-centered approach to therapy. My experience as an executive coach for senior leaders and teams deeply informs my clinical work with professionals and groups navigating perfectionism, burnout, guilt, and impostor syndrome. My approach supports nervous system regulation and self-awareness in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, helping clients stay grounded, clear, and resilient so they can thrive and grow.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy running and attending concerts and sporting events with my husband and our two college-age sons.
